Axial csection of ct abdomen taken at the level of pancreas and gallballder shows lucent areas involving the walls of gallbladder likely represent air lucencies and are suggestive of emphysematous cholecystitis....rest of organs seen in section appear normal.

It's sound like emphisematous cholecistitis (chlostridium? ).
