In doing fluoroscopic spot films the umbilicus of the patient, a villageous wouman in this case, collection of the dirty fat in the slit around the umbilicus may simulate gall stone, unless you put a marker in the place and turn the patient to see the umbilicus over 3rd lumbar vertebra, an en face view for the umbilicus. All positions are shown here, plain film and with the marker.We were looking for gall stone in this patient by biligraphy.
