Mono bubble sign is for the gastric atresia,double bubble sign when the atresia stands in genu superius, and three bubble sign for the atretic duodeno-jejunal angle.This was just for reminding what you know.

Thank you very much Dr Niknejad, the gas bubble on the LUQ is the stomach as you have guessed. The remnant of the gastric atresia consists of the antral web which is seen in some people. This is the point where the atresia occurs.

What's your comment about the LUQ gas bubble on the xray ? isn't stomach ?
