Thanx Dr Wael for the comment, there are air bubbles not related to the bowel and in one of the uploaded picture, taken in lateral decubitus position,  there is a fluid level of the retroperitoneal abscess. In contrast to the peritoneal abscess which is an acute process, retroperitoneal one is much milder and we can manage patient as a stable one. All of the bubbles are situated out of bowel,  all of their wall witness this fact in all pictures. Thanks again for your comment.
