In a young patient with mediastinal lymphadenopathy we should consider also:
1. Tuberculosis [primary].
2. Leukemia.
3. Viral infection [e.g. infectious mononucleosis].
4. Metastasis.
5. Sarcoidosis is usually at older age group; frankly not hilar lymph nodes but tracheobronchial lymph nodes.
