the mass arised from left lobe of thyroid and contains fat componet and calcification,which could be most likely teratoma from left lobe of thyroid

yes, you are right.this is a rare case,reffered to our ward for biopsy.but the CT is more diagnostic in this case ,unfortunately all of the FNA speciemens seemed to be dry tap ,and surgical resection must be done for this case.

Thanks, nice rare case.
Left thyroid lobe mass in infant may be 4th branchial cleft cyst.
Dermoid usually located at midline with "marble of sacs" sign.
This teratoma is mature meaning less like of malignancy (less than 4 %).
Sarcoma arises in this lesion after radiation treatment.
