thx alot dr saeed, rad 3d and 4d being harmful for the baby is a very new information to me, so bad it is done in the clinic i work for too much for commerial reasons coz it is so expensive

we are working in  free clinic and trying to apply the stander care for all patient.
and 3Ds & 4Ds applied with specific reason with one acquisition only
to protect patient from unnecessary exposure.

Majority of anomalies can be detected by ordinary ultrasound, we don't like to deliver too much energy to te patient. Ultrasound should be manipulated when it is necessary, it is not non invasive in high energies at all! One, as a good physician,  shouldn't be obcessed by propaganda.

if you see patient have babies with multiple anomalies e.g: cleft lip or micrognathia

3Ds& 4Ds  give accurate diagnosis, especially with the difficult cases.

Do you know the saying, dear Technologist, that 3Ds and 4Ds are harmful for the fetus by delivering too much US energy?
