chest x ray PA view showed:-

- white round opacity is seen at lower lung zone at right side.

-Blund  right lateral costophrenic angle,,and free left side.

- Normal contour,,size,,and configeration of heart.

- Left lung parenchyma is normal.

-Normal appearance of bony structure,,no fracture line.

-My opinion:-

 1/could be encystic pleural effusion.

2\ lung mass(cancer,,,TB,,,abscess,,,fungal ball,,,hydatid cyst).
