Breast US:-

-hypoechoic area is seen ,tubular like structure, with clear content in right image(could be long axis view).

-at left image there is hyperechoic semicircular is seen within tubular structure,,with mild acoustic shadowing like halo sign.

-my opinion:-

 1/ could be Ductiectasia with wide base polyp .

 2\ or  hemorrhagic complicated ductiectasia.
