Dear Dr Babaee,
We used to take delayed films while using ENDOGRAFIN or SALPIX from Schering and Guerbet respectively, but nowadays they are not available in our market. As those contrast materials were excreted by biliary system it is an advantage of studying biliaray system too. But with the usual CM like non-ionic ones that we use now there in no need to take delayed films, unless you inject some air in addition to CM. Thanks again for your nice. case.

Dear my professor
You are exactly right.
Is it wise to take delayed images after contrast administration?

I think this is a unicorn uterus with obstruction of the single tube and congenital abnormality. The only normal part consists of endocervix above the vaginal fornix which is filled up with returning dye. Waiting for Dr Babaee's comment, himself would ceratinly knows the outcome.
