Yes lymphoma. We see a lot of lymphoma in our institute. mostly they are nodal disease in HD and nodal and extranodal in NHL.
A picture like above is usually extrapancreatic diffusely infiltrating mass secondarily involving pancreas and a Non hodgkin's lymphoma. Post chemotherapy response is good with significant decrease in size and extent. thanks for sharing.

YES ! Great shot ! Always obtain biopsy of a pancreatic mass, even if it is unoperable: it can dramatically change patient's work-up.
