There is a filling defect in the small bowel on this Abdominal CT with oral and IV contrast. The filling defect may represent a parasitic infection?!! or foreign body??

Male patient from middle eastern country, diffuse aspecific abdominal pain, loss of weight. GUESS THE DIAGNOSIS...
