coronal MRI T2WI:-

-hyperintense leptomeningeal area.

-Normal intraaxial brain prenchyma,no mass ,infarct,or hemorrhagic foci.

-No shifting mid line.

-normal frontal horn of lateral ventricle

-picture of :-

1\ meningitis/ encephalitis.

2\ subacute subdural hematoma.

3\ mild subarachnoid cyst.

please we need history and additional images if you can.
