Of course i do believe it. I was trying to tell U that if the history is not known and/or cultural habit is not familiar, any one can comits mistake.

Don't believe the appearance , please! This is en face radiography of the lateral one you just saw! There is no layerings of the stone in it!

Appears to be a large vesical (phosphate) calculus.

Palliative use of egg in rectum is found in some ragiographies from villageous tribes, to reduce chronic pain, most probably by compression effect on sacral nervous plexus. Aploaded case shows TB in spinal column.
