Dear Dr Taharul Alam as you see i am trying to show the specificity of our area by different cases. Thanx for your notice, by the way do you see childish dolichosigmoid often in your area, similar to the case uploaded today?

It depends on the patient's consciousness and intelligence.This happens specially when the patient is negligent. We find two foci at the very beginning of the disorder.

Do you think this is a sychronous developement? Patient should have started symptoms with one lesion and should be diagnosed earlier.
