Dear Dr Taharul Alam mediastinum contains fibrofatty tissues from the beginning of the chest and so we can see the norrowing start higher too. Hope you are convinced by this explanation.
The stricture should start from the level of temporary hold-up ( left principal bronchus) but here the stricture starts from a little heigher position. What's the reason?

Dear Dr Taharul Alam although corrosive stricture may show the same appearance but the history of the patient should not be neglected.
