The stricture is not concentric and there is some irregularity of the mucosa on the left side of the lesion, moreover the stiffness of the wall is evident on the right side of the lesion. As you know segmentary rigidity is the main issue of the cancer in contrast to lymphoma.

why cancer ? there's tapering stricture with no shouldering and no mucosal irregularity..
