What's in the Gallbladder ???
Young women undergoing liver MR after routine gallbladder US for upper abdominal pain. It's tricky to read...all slices (except A1) are at two levels.
Sequence weightings:
A1 (T2 fs/T2)
A2 (T1 GE)
A3 (T1 GE fs)
A4 (T1 GE fs CE arterial)
A5 (T1 GE fs CE venous)
A6 (T1 GE fs CE arterial SUBTRACTION)
A7 (T1 GE fs CE venous SUBTRACTION)
For a correct diagnosis you MUST describe: content of the gallbladder, eventual formations in the gallbladder, differential diagnosis.

looks like a gall bladder polyp/calculus with cholecystitis and likely intraluminal lyme/fat.

for karthikeyan D: good for the bleeding...but it is not endometriosis !
Suggestion: the answer is in A6-A7 slices

i will hazard a guess of endometriosis with bleed based on the clinical histroy and signal intensity .
