Dear Dr Refaey there is no shouldering in this case and concentric stricture stays very high in the esophagus, typical for Barrett, stricture of the cancer is excentric and with mucosal irregularity. Thanx for your attention and comment.
how to differentiate it from esophageal cancer ?? both share the same appearance (stricture, shouldering and rat tail contrast), we need your experience Dr. Saeed
