lung abscess

Classical case, thick wall cavity with airfluid level, upper right lobe location posterior segment.
It could be a lung abscess.
Its very rare Tuberculous cavity with airfluid level, while lung ca tend to have irregular thick wall.

it is athick wall cavitary lesion with air fluid level in right upper lobe could be abscess or ca or TB

Right sided Loculated Lung Abscess
Bronchial Ca

Great differential diagnosis Rox! This turned out to be a lung abscess in an immunocompromised patient.
