Thanks for showing us this really cool AVM. Do you have any CT's? i.e. perhaps even the avi for the axial scroll throughs?

There was an IR case with the same problem presented yesterday. Patient was shot in the pelvis 6 yrs ago, and nobody noticed the AVM until now...when it's so high flow they really can't get very good enhancement using fluoro in the OR. Great renderings *thumbup*

It includes even the IMA ! and yes, it's the hugest AVM you've ever seen...

all internal iliac vessels involved (arteries and veins)..if it's an AVM it would be the hugest to see till now..

well..both anterior and posterior divisions are involved..mainly the anterior one..
