retrograde urethrogram showing dilated posterior urethra with abrupt narrowing at bladder neck, opacification of urinary bladder and simultaneous opacification of seminal vesicles and vas defferens {as opacified end pointed inferiorly towards inguinal canal}. the possible cause is incompetent valve of seminal vesicle at verumontanum. in addition there appears to be a false passage in posterior urethra distally on left side. cause appears to be iatrogenic.

Intra-vasation to pelvic veins. Reflux of Cowper's gland is appreciated. Faint opacification of urinary bladder. Stricture at region of bladder neck is suggested; so forceful injection of contrast leads to reflux.
