Dear Sir this is IVU of same patient with large staghorn calculus in the left renal pelvis(While uploading the case there was an error ,sorry for the inconvenience),Left lower pole shows loss of papillary impressions ,with upper and mid pole showing loss of forniceal angles.

Is there anything located in the left pelvis, i mean a staghorn stone or a mass, like transitional tumor of the pelvis?
