Fairly large ,well defined, predominantly hypo/hyperintense mass,non-enhancing, showing significant diffusion restriction .Nil perifocal oedema and absent mass effect with respect to size.Mixed intensity within the lesion.Also partial agenesis of corpus callosum and tosillar ectopia.
