Complete ureteric duplication

THE MAYER-WEIGHERT LAW states that the ureter of the upper moiety will enter the bladder inferiosly and medially (ectopic ureter) in relation to the urter of the lower
moiety (orthotopic ureter). The corollarium to this law is that the upper moiety obstructs while the lower one refluxes.
