Hey guys,
I was wondering what rads thought the best PACS is, as I'm sure you have seen many demonstrated as well as the one you use at work. If you could overhaul the current system, which one would you choose?
I want to focus on the PACS client itself (i.e user-friendliness, intuitiveness, speed, technical specs, range of visualization methods rather than cost, integration with RIS, backward compatibility etc.)

McKesson is a great PACS... I hope OsiriX makes it because that is one sweet system! I use AGFA and it is not bad but somedays I just want to go back to printed plain film.
What kinds of problems makes you want to go back to plain film? We have GE Centricity over here. Though it's a little memory-intensive and slow, it's quite good.
I loved the Stentor PACS I saw last time I was at RSNA.
