Tips on submitting your AFIP case

After asking some recent residents for tips on AFIP... Here are some tips for submitting the case:
1) Anonymize everything (Pathology report, discharge summary, operative report, CD with DICOM)
2) Bring glass slides with SPECIMEN number (usually begins with something like M#####)
3) SPECIMEN number must also be on the pathology report
4) Bring another MSK case for a new free syllabus when it comes out. But check with Dr. Murphy (the course director) prior to selecting the case.
