WHAT WE PROVIDE:

- Confidential Consultation - we will provide consultation to individuals professionals and family members who are interested in our services by contacting us at :

Intervention - We will provide 24 hours of training for concerned family and team members who are interested in doing intervention and we will act as facilitator for this group process. Our primary treatment provider has 25 years of of experience doing interventions with the court system and in doing family therapy as well as experience doing interventions with veterans and active duty military. He was trained at St. Mary's Hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota as taught by Vern Johnson the father of addiction intervention. This process was learned in early 1987 while working at a affiliate treatment facility in Pasco, Washington.

- Assesment - We will provide Assesment and employees assistance for employers and medical training facilities student assistance programs by contract. Individual assessments and drug history are part of proto call for all our Intervention and referral activities.

- Referrals- We will secure treatment programs in the local community of the client or set up a treatment provider in the most appropriate and affordable agency in the United States.

- Relapse Prevention- We will provide relapse prevention for those clients who are available for their follow up in the State of Oregon and Washington. Our treatment is based on the Terri Gorski "Relapse prevention Model " in conjunction with,

" Motivational counseling Methods".

- Case Management - Will be provided by contract to either meet the needs for the State licensing board or what ever medical paraprofessional or other legal and employer obligations a client may have. This will last for STABILIZATION recovery time. This is considered to be a period of at least 24 months of abstinence with structured program to include appropriate community support determined by the individual with therapist guidance.

Developmental stages of Stabilization period of recovery. (24 to 30 months)

1. Develop a sober social support system average 3 to 6 months at least 4 contacts a week or more during this time. This can be reduced to at least 3 meetings a week over the duration of remaining 18 months of 24 month period. A continued life time engagement in sober social support is continued for best self actualization of the individual through out life.

2. Began to recognize the Physical and Psychological factors involved with personal withdrawl from addictive Love affair,post acute withdrawl and personality factors involved with addictive life style with various forms of denial. Time in recovery about 14 to 18 months.

3. Develop skills through sober social support contact and weekly therapy with professional counselors to develop skills to interupt patological preoccupation minimum 1 meeting a week for 6 months and monthly outpatient for 12 months.

4. Learning nonchemical stress management methods for the duration of 24 months and continue to practice for life.

5.Develop hope and motivation will take at least one year of abstinance from addiction and continues maintainance with sober social support.
