Radiologist Job - Indiana

A new radiology position has become available in southern Indiana. Highlights of this position, #22333, includes:

• This is a solo, employed position with a 140 bed facility
• Preference given to candidates licensed in Indiana and available on short notice
• The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary and full benefits package
• The radiologist should be expecting to read approximately 600 studies per week on average
• The breakdown is 50% x-rays, 20% CT, 12% ultrasound, 10% mammo, and the rest nuclear medicine, bone density, MRI, and PET-CT.
• This position will be Monday thru Friday, with Nighthawk coverage after hours and weekends
• This lovely community is conveniently located within one hour’s drive are the cities of Indianapolis, Cincinnati and Dayton

The population of this small, attractive town is approximately 14,000 and has service draw of 25,000 from the county. Recreational opportunities abound for families and individuals, and special events are happening most weekends throughout the year. Their proximity to population centers and markets, easy access to interstate highways, railroads and airports make it wonderful environment to live, work, play and raise a family.
