Regarding fellowship in interventional radiology.
Thank you very much for replying. I have gone through all these sites for fellowship in USA but the problem is they have set their criteria so lengthy and difficult for fellowships even if you are a consultant radiologist in other country. Its difficult to fullfill the requirement, for example unnecessary they have put criteria to pass USMLE to get registration for the fellowship, after all we are also qualified radiologist in our country, why not enrolling directly for fellowship program.i don't like such stupid criteria they have set up in USA.they should set criteria that even after fellowship ,you won't get job in USA, i accept that and that is reasonable also, otherwise radiologists in USA already settled will be displaced.but for enrolling in fellowship they have setup such stupid criteria, this is not acceptable at all as far as educational training is concerned. That is why they have shortage of radiologists in USA.

Hi..i think i agree with you ,Dr. Mathew...i have passed the USMLE steps but my ECFMG certification is pending. Its a very tedious procedure they have in US....very little regard for international qualifications even though others may be more capable. Any idea what chances we stand to report cases from US on teleradiology???
Hello, nvery nice to see you on radrounds.yes they have made everything complicated in USA.even this is same for practicing teleradiology in USA.they require, american board certification and insurance to cover up for practicing teleradiology in USA.The person who is setting all these criteria i think is insane,a pschycho.inspite of shortages od radiologists in USA they are setting up such criteria.
I agree that it's exhausting the process to get the ECFMG certification, but this criteria is not only regarding fellowships. To be involved in a patient care in the States, even imaging evaluation, you must have at least a training license, which involves passing the first and the second step of USMLE.

I also believe that for people that only wish to be a trainee and not want to pursue an American board certification it shouldn't be necessary, but without that you can only observe.

I'm a radiologist from Brazil and last year I did an observership what some places call this a visiting fellowship. It's possible to watch them perform the procedures but you cannot touch the patient.

I'm begging the ECFMG process to be able to do a fellowship here. I can tell you that sometimes you think about giving up. You have to want it very badly to get through it.
Sports journalism covers many aspects of human athletic backup competition, and is an integral part of most journalism products, including newspapers, magazines, and radio and television news broadcasts. While some critics don't consider sports journalism to be true journalism, the prominence of sports in Western data recovery culture has justified the attention of journalists to not just the competitive events in sports, but also to athletes and the business of sports. Sports journalism in the United States has traditionally been written in a looser, more creative and more opinionated tone than traditional cheap web hosting journalistic writing; the emphasis on accuracy and underlying fairness is still a part of sports journalism. An emphasis on the accurate description of the statistical performances of athletes is also an important wireless broadband part of sports journalism.
