Best PACS system? What is your thought?

Which one is the best PACS in your opinion?  We are currently in the market to do a full PACS upgrade.  We are currently considering the following vendors:

AGFA

McKesson

Fuji PACS

GE Centricity

PACS that we are not considering at the moment but still would like to hear about include:

Philips iSite

Carestream

NovaRad

Infinitt
