Do you have a plain film or CT? Expansile but well defined enhancing lesion--Diff dx includes metastatic lesion or early catch of a sarcoma? Any other thoughts?

We have a lytic lesion with a very thick sclerotic margin in Rx-a non aggresiveness criteria-in an asymptomatic 37-years-old female.There is another possible lesion(sacral sclerosis is a very often finding).I think about fibrous dysplasia,osteoblastoma and mets
