pharmaceutical industry. These services include image-analysis
performed on our premises, plus a role in management of the imaging
sites in multicentre trials. IXICO specializes in imaging trials
studying oncology, central nervous system and respiratory system
amongst other therapeutic areas.

experienced Project Manager to help shape a small, dynamic team of
scientists, technical experts and administrators. You will be exposed
to some high profile projects that are exciting and challenging. If

The focus of this role is project management of a number of key
customer projects and other internal projects. You will be
responsible for resources, budgets and timelines of projects, working
closely with the project teams and Senior Management to ensure smooth
delivery of projects.

Some examples of projects are:

• Large, multi-site imaging trial in Alzheimer’s Disease

• Product development of new generation analysis tools

• Other: Business Development/Marketing initiatives

*Responsibilities*

You will be required to:

• Plan and monitor timelines, resource, and budget on key projects to
ensure project goals are achieved according to customer/management
expectations

• Comply to company SOPs and appropriate regulations

• Help write project specific documentation and SOPs as required

• Maintain confidentiality of management information as appropriate

• Help build up internal Project Management resource


*Requirements*

The successful candidate will have experience of working within the
Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry preferably in a Project Manager
role. Ideally you will have had 3 years or more in this role.

You will have proven skills in managing project finances (budgets,
controlling costs, invoicing)

You will have proven skills in word processing and spreadsheet
database management including skills in Word, Excel, Powerpoint,
email and the Internet.

You will also need to have excellent communication and organisation
skills, be flexible and have the ability to work under pressure. You
will have team management experience.

You will be willing to travel to international meetings and to meet
clients; expectation is 10% of your time.

Experience with radiological imaging trials is not essential but you
will have a strong desire to learn.
