Senior Director / Medical

Location: Chicago Area

MD is a must with INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

Responsible for developing strategic clinical approaches for the overall global clinical development of pharmaceuticals, and device products

Manage the full scope of clinical development functions, including phase I-IV clinical trial design for drugs, device trial design and execution, clinical research including human PK/PD, and data analysis and management. Collaborate closely with the other R&D functions and Regulatory Affairs to ensure effective clinical trial strategy, design, execution, and regulatory submission. Participate in business development initiatives for the assessment and integration of clinical candidate molecules and devices. Lead the clinical component of product life cycle management. Participate in business strategy, Clinical Development strategy and Product Assessment Committees as needed. Share medical/clinical expertise with his/her counterparts in other functional areas such as marketing, manufacturing, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, other R&D functions as well as legal.
