Aperture Venture Partners is a healthcare venture capital firm that invests across the industry spectrum (medical devices, biopharmaceuticals, diagnostics, tools, IT, services). Our Partners have been leaders in the investment and operating worlds for the past thirty years. Our firm typically invests in early-mid stage companies.

Responsibilities
As Principal, you will be an integral part of the team. You will be able to take on significant responsibility in all aspects of the venture investment business. You should be able to source deals through industry and investor contacts, do thorough due diligence (target market analysis, competitive landscape, regulatory environment, financial modeling), structure deals and be a primary contact for portfolio companies in certain instances.

Requirements
The ideal candidate is someone who possesses:
A driven, entrepreneurial spirit with an eye for good investments
Fun team-player
A track record of superior performance in professional and academic settings
Solid general medical/scientific knowledge (MD or PhD preferred)
4+ years business experience (healthcare-related finance, strategy consulting or venture capital)
