Assistant to the Sr VP of Technical Operations – Worldwide Pharmaceuticals

Prestigious role for a 1-3 year experienced PhD / MD (must be from Top School). Role will assist the Sr VP of a Top 5 Pharmaceutical company and will transition into a Sr Management role within TechOps (manufacturing leadership). This role with give you very large exposure and jump start an exciting career with a Top 5 Pharma.



To assist the Head of Global TechOps in the co-ordination of the Global Tech Ops department. Provide framework and processes to ensure that deliverables are executed in a timely, appropriate and cost-effective way. Drive shared best practice across the various departments. Develop a key working relationship among the member of the TechOps- OMT.



MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Support the development of the TechOps organizational design and culture.

· Prepare TechOps strategy and objective setting; be sparring partner in the discussion process

· Prepare internal presentations (develop storylines, translate key messages into impactful charts)
