Position:
We are seeking full-time Consultants for our growing practice. We empower the Consultant as the central figure in any engagement team. The Consultant is relied upon to take ownership of a given project and to become the synthesizing agent for all intellectual capital generated by the team. Specific responsibilities include managing Associates in the collection of data via primary and secondary research, applying strategic frameworks in a range of disciplines (corporate strategy, technology assessment, business development, marketing, R&D portfolio planning, etc.) to drive strategy formulation, crystallizing insights in Powerpoint presentations, formulating recommendations, and at times presenting those recommendations to the client.
Requirements:
The candidate should be a top-tier MBA program graduate with 2-4 years of work experience in the healthcare (payer, provider, pharmaceutical/supplier) and/or management consulting industries. Ideally, the candidate should have several years of post-MBA experience but exceptions will be considered for candidates with significant, relevant pre-MBA work experience. The candidate must demonstrate highly refined analytic and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively, both independently and in group settings, to develop creative strategic insights and solutions.
