What’s happening in MRI today? Faculty member Stephen Powers has advanced credentials in CT and MRI and brings a wealth of knowledge to the classroom. This MRI course will begin with the basics of MRI and bring you up to date with the latest in scanning protocols. Join Stephen for a look at 2D and 3 D imaging, common causes of artifacts and the newest information in contrast media administration. Routine imaging and associated anatomy of the head, neck, abdomen and pelvis will be covered. Vascular studies to include Subclavian Steal, May-Thurner Syndrome and Portal Hypertension will be presented with related images.
