Description:
At the completion of this course, the attendee should be able to:
1. Use optimized protocols for imaging of the musculoskeletal system;
2. Increase knowledge of the anatomy of the shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, and ankle in relation to MRI findings;
3. Improve assessment of abnormalities of the joints, ligaments, tendons, muscles, bone and cartilage on MRI and their clinical significance;
4. Recognize common bone and soft tissue tumors with a pertinent differential diagnosis;
5. Cite findings associated with nerve entrapment syndromes.
