Description:
This 2-day course will provide the practicing radiologist with an overview & update on advances in MDCT to improve their ability to detect & characterize disease throughout the body. With increasing concerns over radiation dose & patient safety, there will be extensive focus on how to use advances in MDCT dose reduction technology to optimize protocols for reduction in radiation exposure. All of the major subspecialty use of MDCT including thoracic, cardiovascular, abdominal, musculoskeletal, neuroradiology & PET/CT will be covered. We plan to apply to the ABR for approval to offer two SAMs at this course.
