Event Description

Join us for a one day conference planned for the today’s practicing Radiation Therapist with topics that are relevant to the technologist’s daily practice. The speaker for the conference is Charles Washington, MBA, RT(T), ARRT, FASRT who is the Director of Clinical Services and Operations for the Division of Radiation Oncology at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston Texas. The cutting edge technology in radiation therapy reflects the “new face” of skills needed by today’s Radiation Therapist. Charles will touch on the explosion of new technology in Radiation Therapy and reinforce the fundamentals of how treatments are planned and delivered with various imaging modalities.
