MEETING DESCRIPTION:
Course Purpose:

This course is an overview of the most important practical aspects of musculoskeletal imaging and body MRI. Included are discussions of MR and radiographic imaging of all of the major joints, as well as discussions on infection, arthroplasties and tumors.

Course Objectives:


At the completion of this course, the participant should be able to:

• Describe the most important aspects of musculoskeletal imaging, with an
emphasis on MRI

• Review the common musculoskeletal tumors.

• Delineate MR imaging techniques related to body imaging.

• Outline the pertinent aspects of musculoskeletal infection.

Target Audience

This course is intended for all radiologists with a special interest in MSK and Body Imaging, orthopedist, and sports medicine internists.
