ABOUT THE MEETING
This course revives a renowned and classic postgraduate education course dealing with the core of radiology. It gathers some of the major figures in the field. The venue is meant to offer an accessible location, collaborative interactive sessions, and a broad subject matter appealing to the vast majority of radiologists. Speakers are selected for their historical prominence as well as excellence in delivery.
TARGET AUDIENCE
This CME activity is primarily intended and designed to educate diagnostic imaging physicians. It should also be useful in educating referring physicians who order diagnostic imaging procedures, as well as radiologic technologists.
EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
Attendees should, at the completion of this course, be able to:
Discuss current recommendations/regulations regarding screening examinations utilizing diagnostic imaging
Discuss the clinical indications and applications of diagnostic imaging in the diagnosis and follow up of cardiac and thoracic disease
Adapt state-of-the-art imaging protocols and techniques for the evaluation of the abdomen into their clinical practices
Incorporate state-of-the-art breast imaging protocols and techniques into clinical practice
More effectively utilize MRI to assess patients with musculoskeletal pathology
Effectively assess neurological disease/pathology using diagnostic imaging techniques
