Event Description

Mammography is the most difficult radiographic procedure to perform and interpret!  Every day we are faced with the challenge of conforming a 3 dimensional object to a 2 dimensional image for the sake of diagnosis.  We all know the science of mammography positioning and many factors come into play.  The Radiologist can only interpret what we image and this is a huge responsibility!  It is our artistry of the procedure that will transform a mammogram from a blurry image to a detailed map of breast structures.  Join us for a day dedicated to the artistry of mammography.  We will revisit the science of positioning and share valuable positioning tips and tricks of the trade.

To conclude, relax, take a deep breath and enjoy an inspiring and entertaining presentation “The Warm Fuzzy of Mammography”.  You will leave rejuvenated and have a greater appreciation for your wonderful profession of saving lives one mammogram at a time!
