MEETING DESCRIPTION:
Upon completion of the course, the participant should be able to:

1. Demonstrate standard scan techniques for performing a TCD and TCI exam
2. Recognize normal and abnormal intracranial Doppler spectral waveform characteristics
3. Apply diagnostic criteria for TCD/TCI interpretation
4. State the clinical applications and limitations of TCD/TCI examinations
5. Increase knowledge and confidence to integrate the skills learned in a clinical setting, ideally under supervised conditions until an accepted level of proficiency has been achieved
