Introduction to OB/GYN Ultrasound

This three-day OB-GYN hands-on ultrasound course combines a strong foundation to perform and/or interpret OB-GYN ultrasound examinations.  A comprehensive overview of OB-GYN transabdominal and endovaginal ultrasound scan protocols and scan techniques.  The course is taught by leading ultrasound experts and includes lectures, interactive case presentations using an audience response system, and extensive hands-on scanning, featuring a 3:1 ratio with live models for a realistic training experience.  Topics include GYN anatomy & pathology, first trimester ultrasound, Sonography in the 2nd and 3rd trimester, fetal biometry & fetal abnormalities.  The OB-GYN ultrasound hands-on training also provides 20.0 AMA PRA Categoy1 Credits™ (also meets ARDMS and lab accreditation CME requirements) and 19.25 hours of ACEP Category I Credit.  In addition, the OB-GYN Ultrasound seminar offers 19 Category A ASRT Credits.
