Event Description

For all allied health professionals and physicians. With three and a half days of undiluted focus, you’ll be able to build the hand-eye skills to conduct the complete Level I or II survey of the fetus. You’ll learn how to orient yourself to three dimensional anatomy with two dimensional imaging and document every pertinent feature of the developing fetus. Our total immersion approach puts you at the bedside with live pregnancies the first day. Under the patient guidance of your expert instructor you’ll develop and refine skills in structure identification and measurement immediately. The small group setting fosters group interaction and collaborative learning. To help you gain comfort with the fine tuning of system controls, the Hands-On Scan Lab is open 24 hours a day for your independent practice. Nurse Practitioners and Midwives find this training-without-distraction to be immediately valuable their practice. Sonographers new to this field delight in the systematic approach to a complex protocol. Inspect complete info, objectives, and our learning strategy at http://www.kmaultrasound.com/courseinfo_pelvic-obimaging.html.  Class size is strictly limited.
