There is a systematic process to every element of the transvaginal pelvic sonogram.  You'll learn it all.  You'll be able to confidently process the complete anatomy from midline to adnexa, from fundus to cervix, building a protocol that will save you time withoiut sacrificing accuracy.  We'll show you how to optimize both standard and post-processing controls to completely evaluate soft tissue anatomy. You'll also learn how to make fullest use of color, spectral, and power Doppler to completely evaluate tissue vascularity. Hands-on practice with live subjects.  Free post-conference support in perpetuity.
