Objectives
1. Describe the important changes, advances and
educational efforts in CT dose reduction over the
past decade.
2. Describe the fundamental concepts of CT physics,
technologic advances in MDCT, as well as practical
methods of CT dose reduction.
3. Discuss controversial dose-related issues in pediatric
CT imaging practice.
4. Propose ideas and establish initiatives for cooperative
planning for future educational, accreditation and
research initiatives in pediatric CT imaging.

Society and The Society for Pediatric Radiology. The

Checks should be made payable to The Society for Pediatric Radiology in U.S. dollars only. American Express,
VISA, and MasterCard are accepted for payment. All fees must be received at the time of registration.
Written verification of Radiologist-In-Training, Technologist, Resident or Fellow status must
accompany registration form.
Fees include tuition, teaching materials, continental breakfast and coffee breaks, Saturday luncheon,
reception and dinner. A $75 administrative fee will be retained if you cancel your meeting registration. In
order to receive a full refund of the balance, written notice must be received on or before February 18, 2011;
thereafter, no refunds will be made.
