Abdomen and OB/GYN Ultrasound Skill Booster

Covering all the bases with ultrasound scanning of the abdomen and female patient can place demands on a sonographers skills.  This one day course will deal with examinations routinely performed in physicians’ offices and imaging facilities.  This course will explore abdominal and OB/GYN ultrasound imaging. You will take a look at both normal and abnormal imaging of the abdomen.  The remainder of the course will be dedicated to ultrasound assessment of the female patient OB/GYN, fetal assessment, fetal cardiac, placenta and IUGR.  Sonographers will be able to hone their skills through the presentation of both normal and abnormal anatomy in a broad variety of sonographic images.
